People & Culture Business Partner (Financial Services)
Belfast

VANRATH is partnering with an award-winning financial services organisation, with offices throughout the UK and Ireland, with the appointment of a HR BusinessPartner role.

The Role

Reporting to Head of People & Culture, the People & Culture Business Partner will proactively contribute to (and in some cases take a leading role in) the achievement of team deliverables through providing coaching, support, and advice to line mangers on People related issues, ensuring compliance to Policy & Procedures, contributing to the delivery of the People plan and tracking performance using metrics and reporting tools.

Ultimately, the successful candidate will partner with key internal stakeholders to ensure the companies people strategy and business strategy is well aligned.

The successful candidate will work within a small team, supporting a workforce of 200+ employees across a number of locations throughout the UK.

Coaching and advising line management will make up a large part of the role, building capability for the line managers to deal professionally and compliantly with People matters as well as continually seeking ways develop and improve the employee lifecycle .

The Person

  • The successful contribution you have made as a Business Partner within Professional Services or financial services particularly within an organisation that has grown significantly.
  • A strong HR generalist background and are comfortable working with ambiguity and nuance.
