THE ROLE
Reporting to the Leadership & Talent Manager, you’ll be partneringwith key business stakeholders, the role will ensure leadership, talent andsuccession plans are clearly defined across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop and deliver core leadership and talent solutions across the business
- Work with senior managers to develop leadership skills, including performance management, team building and collaboration
- Provide career counselling and guidance to colleagues to help them advance their careers within PGL
- Develop training interventions for colleagues based on their role functions and individual strengths and weaknesses
- Clearly define the goal and expected learning outcomes of the training intervention and encourage learners to proactively reflect on these throughout
- Reinforce learning outcomes before and after every learning activity
- Proactively tailor the physical and virtual learning environment to maximise learning effectiveness
- Ensure a blended approach to delivery, with a blend/range of approaches such as eLearning, face to face. Video, simulations etc.
- Assist regional operating managers and P&C colleagues to solve specific L&D challenges
- Act as an Ambassador for PGL, operating with integrity and drive appropriate to the Company’s values, to promote Princess as a market leader
- Implement and manage a graduate scheme to ensure PGL is fit for now and fit for the future
- Remove barriers to talent through action to promote diversity and inclusion across the business.
IS THIS YOU?
- A minimum of 3 years in a people management role including induction, performance management, development, and succession planning.
- A minimum of 2 years training/coaching experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure towards strict deadlines and targets
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel
