Global People Development (GPD) create, align and execute the strategy for developing our people across M&G plc. The team is a high performing HR Centre of Expertise with a relentless pursuit for prioritising and developing business driven people capabilities whilst delivering an exceptional learner experience. They execute high quality and impactful solutions to meet our strategic priorities, encompassing our values and behaviours and developing our culture.

We are on a journey of moving from a culture of development being "pushed" to individuals to a self-service "pull" using a mix of high impact, scalable digital solutions and bespoke programmes.
Collaboration with stakeholders at all levels including HR colleagues and User Groups, International colleagues and external vendors and partners is a key factor to success in the role .
Target audiences within the scope of this role are individual contributors (all levels), people managers and senior leaders.
Key accountabilities for the Learner Experience Coordinator role are:
  • Deliver an exceptional learner experience across all initiatives
  • Proactively takes ownership for driving continuous improvement and identify opportunities to streamline manual tasks
  • Provide coordination and administrative support across a range of programmes and initiatives that deliver a positive impact to the business
  • Generates data and uses the data insights to drive future performance
  • Provide administrative support across the Global People Development team
  • Co-ordinates the administration and implementation of learning solutions including virtual sessions
  • Manage projects, as part of the broader Global People Development team or independently

Key knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with a strong delivery focus
  • Proactive self-starter, with a focus on delivering the highest quality outcomes
  • Highly collaborative working style
  • Strong communicator and ability to use multiple channels
  • Commercial mindset
  • Creative problem solver
  • Must have used or be proficient in the use of Workday Learning
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office e.g. Word, Excel, Teams
