SF Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for a People Development Partner in Loughborough. This is an excellent opportunity to join an outstanding organisation and work closely with the People Development Director and a very supportive team who are dedicated to fostering a culture of growth and development, both for employees and the communities. This is very much a hands-on generalist role, where you will be covering a HR advisory based role, offering full guidance and support across the whole employee lifecycle. Recruitment, coaching, admin, case work, trouble shooting as well as some exciting project work on the side when there is time! You will partner with Senior Leaders, Heads and managers to understand the business areas in depth to support in resourcing and development as well as the opportunity to get involved in Projects and other plans.

- CIPD Level 5 Essential or by experience
