We have an exciting opportunity within our People & Engagement function where we are looking for a new People & Engagement Manager to lead key streams of work to support the delivery of the Customer Operations people plan, enabling an ongoing focus on colleague experience, foundational people activity which includes comms, engagement, performance management, recruitment, project delivery etc.
The People & Engagement Manager will develop and own the delivery of plans to drive all aligned aspects of the people plan, working in partnership with peers and stakeholders across customer operations to ensure improvement to colleague experience are embedded and sustained.
- Delivering fit for purpose communications for customer operations, taking into account the needs of a broader and diverse audience
- Driving measurable improvements in culture across Customer Operations, engaging employees at all levels.
- Creating and promoting consistent standards for performance management within customer operations working in partnership with HRBP's and key stakeholders.
- Leading and coaching a small team.
- Have a strong background in People Engagement and working within a High Performance Culture
- Have experience of delivering engaging messages through a variety of channels
- Have experience of managing multiple projects at any given time whilst delivering effective updates to stakeholders
