People Manager
Swansea (Hybrid Working)
Part Time (3 days per week)
Salary: Up to £45,000 pro-rata
CPS Group are proud to be partnered with a leading software development company, who are currently searching for a new People Manager to join their team and help implement and achieve their exciting growth plans.
In this position you will be working alongside the leadership team, and you will be the main point of contact for all HR activities. This position will be part time (three days per week), but could increase as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in organisational change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption
* Developing and implementing induction and training programmes
* Overseeing employee relations and acting as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and concerns
* Manage and administer monthly UK payroll input, employee benefits and compensation programs
Candidate Skills / Experience:
* Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation
* Experience in implementing employee engagement and retention initiatives
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (level 7 would be even better!)
