My client is looking for both a seasoned Senior Consultant and a Consultant to join their established People & Organisation team as they experience a period of growth. You will bring capability in operating model design and implementation, stakeholder engagement, change management and leadership development ideally from within the infrastructure and built asset environment. You will be able to work both independently and collaboratively across the team, and have excellent consulting and interpersonal skills and a can-do attitude.
