People Partner

LHH is working with one of their rapidly growing clients in Sussex to recruit a brand new People Partner. As a critical member of the People Team, you will provide proactive and commercial advice and support for managers in the European business units, enabling them to attract and retain talent to support their growth plan.

• Lead the development and maintenance of both strategic and operational HR initiatives that support the delivery of the People Plan.
• Work with the Talent Acquisition team to effectively manage the end-to-end talent process, ensuring that there is a strong supply of talent to fill vacancies and promoting internally where possible.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance of HR data for relevant areas of accountability.
• Advise and support managers in relation to people issues across the employee life cycle to drive high performance levels.
• Manage the annual bonus and salary review process with the regional managers to ensure that reward outcomes match intentions and align with the culture and values.
• Review and implement job grades to maintain consistency and fairness.
• Review European HR policies, creating a plan to review and maintain in line with local legislation.
• Manage multiple strategic projects and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Worked in a fast-paced, commercial environment and have strong generalist HR experience.
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
• Excellent knowledge of Employment Law as well as Talent and Succession Management and Learning & Development approaches.
• A highly driven, self-motivated individual who is able to work in a team setting and autonomously.
• Extensive experience of working closely with multiple stakeholders with differing agendas.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional and empathetic manner.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
