They are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and experience People Partner to join their People Partner team.
Salary: £36,000 - £41,000
Location: Huntingdon, with further travel across the County
Hybrid working: 1 day working from home
We are considering candidates both on a full-time and part-time basis (minimum of 30 hours per week)
You will partner with leaders to help deliver a people focused, professional HR service by coaching, advising, and supporting managers at all levels in all aspects of HR practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising and supporting staff with HR queries
- Coaching managers in best practice, people management and leadership
- Supporting People Manager with continuous improvement
- Line managing People Team Assistant, developing both professionally and personally
- Manage employment relations cases across the whole service
In order to be considered for this role you must have a CIPD qualification at Level 5 or be actively working towards it.
You will have previous experience of working in a HR partnering role along with a natural ability to be able to coach, advise and support managers at all levels.
Experience of autonomously supporting complex ER cases would be essential along with a strong commitment to continuing professional development and the ability to liaise professionally with people of all levels and across all sections of the organisation.
