HR Generalist – Litchfield
 
An exciting HR opportunity working on a reputable operational site in a generalist / advisor capacity. The right candidate will be pivotal in adding value to the business and help support strategic HR. The business is passionate about development, career progression and their company values.
 
Key Deliverables:

• Reporting directly into a Senior Business Partner
• Partnering with internal key stakeholders
• Share accountability for shaping the company's culture and ensuring their employees thrive
• You will be able to offer invaluable support to both your business area and the wider Group
• Be involved in delivering value added projects
•  Supporting engagement, listen and empowering employees
• Be responsible for the talent and succession of the business and champion this
• Work with line managers on personal development plans
• Will be instrumental in achieving the best people standards
• Be involved with continuous learning and development programmes
• Employee relations

 
The Right Candidate:

• Will be driven and passionate about HR
• Be an ambassador for the business and HR representative
• Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified (the business can support further development)
• Good HR generalist background with a proven track record
• Be able to be on site a minimum of 3 days a week; working closely with the employees
• Negotiating and influencing skills
