Key Deliverables:
- Reporting directly into a Senior Business Partner
- Partnering with internal key stakeholders
- Share accountability for shaping the company's culture and ensuring their employees thrive
- You will be able to offer invaluable support to both your business area and the wider Group
- Be involved in delivering value added projects
- Supporting engagement, listen and empowering employees
- Be responsible for the talent and succession of the business and champion this
- Work with line managers on personal development plans
- Will be instrumental in achieving the best people standards
- Be involved with continuous learning and development programmes
- Employee relations
The Right Candidate:
- Will be driven and passionate about HR
- Be an ambassador for the business and HR representative
- Ideally you will be CIPD Level 5 qualified (the business can support further development)
- Good HR generalist background with a proven track record
- Be able to be on site a minimum of 3 days a week; working closely with the employees
- Negotiating and influencing skills
