About the role
Join our dynamic People Data and Insights team at AXA UK as a People Reporting Analyst! As an integral part of the Data & Reporting arm within the People team, you'll play a crucial role in the creation of management information (MI) products that drive decision-making within our Centre of Excellence (COE). Collaborating with the wider team, you'll be responsible for crafting reports and dashboards tailored to the specific needs of our diverse customer groups and personas.

What you'll be doing:
- Support the delivery of accurate and considered People reporting to meet People team and business needs, typically through the provision of simple datasets or using processes to execute regular reporting tasks.
- Maintain and develops content such as documentation, procedures, SharePoint content, to support team processes.
- Act as first line support for customers contacting the team inbox and assesses appropriate action.
- Support the People Reporting Manager to deliver more complex reporting needs to customers.
- Seek and implement opportunities to improve processes and products.
- Partner with the other arms of the Insights COE to support delivery of products and projects where necessary.
- Maintain the requests log and the report catalogue and Standard Operating Procedures and internal controls register

About you
What we’re looking for:
- Ability to balance workstack of competing demands and deliver at pace.
- Experience of delivering MI that serves customers’ requirements.
- Excellent Excel Skills and ability to use Microsoft Access or SQL Server and create tables, relationships, SQL statements, for example, aggregation, relationships, grouping.
- Good understanding of data privacy requirements relating to People Data.
- Ability to apply internal controls, and an understanding of the reasons for using internal controls as part of sharing data.
- Experienced in using automation tools, for example, Macros, RPA
- Customer-focused with a determination to deliver quality MI products.
As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
