People Services Position Management Administrator
Temporary role, with immediate start until 31st July 2024
Working 37hrs, this role will be working from home and you will be required to work on campus once a fortnight
Paying £13.38ph, equates to £25,742pa
Our client, is a public distance Learning & Research University and one of the biggest universities in the UK for undergraduate education.
They are looking to recruit a People Services Position Management Administrator to join them in their People Services Team. To maintain the integrity of the organisation structure within the People Services System and all related data. To regularly review the organisation structure to ensure it is accurate and ensure the organisation structure is amended in the system following any structural changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain organisation data on the People Services System in line with agreed governance
- Update structures and hierarchies as the organisation changes and maintain records of all changes made and requested
- Flag positions as vacant, and monitor structures for long term vacancies, reporting on and removing these where required to maintain an up to date structure
- Monitor, identify and drive updates to data anomalies on the HR System, liaising with the wider HR teams where required
- Create position templates with job and position data stored
Skills and Experience
- Proven practical computing experience in the use of HR systems and MS office based systems (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central desired)
- Understanding of organisational design and department structures
- HR Shared Services experience or knowledge desirable
