Salary Job Title: People and Culture Administrator
Salary: £24,721 (£12,360 for 6 months)
Location: London/Hybrid (2 days a week in the office)
Contract: 6-month contract, full-time or part-time

The People and Culture Administrator role is an exciting role where you will play a crucial role providing administration services across different departments. You will provide administrative support for the People and Culture team and respond to internal and external queries. You will support with the administration of the recruitment and HR lifecycles.
You will have previous working within an administration focused role and have great organisational skills to be able to prioritise workload and meet the needs of team members. You will enjoy working as a part of team and have strong interpersonal skills to be able to establish and maintain professional relationships. You will have good written and verbal communication skills. You will have experience using Microsoft Office. You will have an excellent attention to detail and have the ability to remain confidential at all times.
Ideally, you will have experience in the voluntary sector or a HR-related role and the desire to progress professionally in HR.
