This UK based financial company are looking for a Performance Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organising and cleansing data, to help find meaningful and actionable insights to help with improving performance across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse performance and service, measuring against risk indicators, targets and benefits.
- Produce regular performance reports and create dashboards by analysing data.
- Work with qualitive and quantitative data to ensure data is accurate and of high quality.
- Analyse performance and data, and test hypothesis relating to the design of a service or product.
Skills Required:
- Experience of working in the Financial sector doing a similar role
- Experience using visual analytical package
- AWS Cloud
- SQL
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
