Performance Improvement Coach (BMW Group)

Location: South and South East of the UK
Salary: £40K – £50K per annum plus bonus (DOE)
Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid working model

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our global award winning BMW Group team. You will be responsible for:

  • Provide high-quality coaching support to BMW and MINI Retailers to achieve sustainable improvements in luxury car sales performance.
  • Delivering bespoke tailored coaching sessions using the DEKRA Advanced Blended Coaching (ABC) methodology.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including Area Managers, Franchise Directors, and Sales Executives, to influence change and drive luxury car sales Performance Improvement.
  • Monitor Retailer performance progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide solutions to achieve business goals.
  • Contribute to the development of programme content and structure, including diagnostics, tools, and coaching materials.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of all coaching activities and interventions.

In order to be successful in this role you must have:

  • A thorough understanding of automotive retail sales processes and controls.
  • Excellent communication skills in a prestige business environment.
  • Proficiency in remote meeting platforms, particularly TEAMs.
  • Demonstrated success in coaching and/or people development.
  • Strong analytical and report writing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience of working independently to deliver stakeholder expectations.
  • An innovative mindset with a history of driving sales Performance Improvements.
