Here at Evri we always think about what it’s like to be in your position when making those big decisions. It takes courage to make change happen in your life, and we’re here to help you with that.

We’re here for the first step, the next step, and the big step.

You’re not just a number to us. You’ve got to know you’ll love working here. It’s as important to us as you ‘being the right fit’. We want to help you feel what it’s like to work at Evri, to see the value you can bring to any of our roles, and how we can help you grow. We’re never one-size-fits-all. Our careers are as unique as you are.

We are looking for a Performance Manager to lead a team who are responsible for analysing and reporting on complex data sets used to optimise our operational processes, enhance performance and drive excellence across our Final Mile Delivery Operations. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional managerial abilities combined with a strong technical background. You will be joining a close-knit team that works well together and continuously strives for improvement.

Evri is leading the way in creating responsible delivery experiences for everyone, everywhere, and that’s how we approach our talent development. We’re a kind, ambitious and diverse team, always supporting and encouraging each other. Our people are extremely important to our business, without them we wouldn’t be where we are today, striving to do the best for our customers and clients. If you like what you hear, then we’d love you to apply!

You will be accountable for:

  • Managing key operational reporting
  • Leading a team of people who provide data analysis to enable the influencing of local teams across the delivery organisation
  • Inputting into the design and roll out of performance strategies whilst ensuring their successful implementation
  • Make recommendations on priority order and the appropriate set of actions to drive compliance improvement
  • Conducting root cause analysis and holding action plans accountable, with the capability to summarize and present measurable outcomes

To be successful in this role you will require the following…

  • Previous experience of leadership in staff and people development
  • Ability to consistently demonstrate innovative thinking, approaching challenges with creative solutions and robust problem-solving skills
  • Ability to demonstrate proactive initiative and a continuous pursuit of self-improvement
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong and trusting relationships across all organisational levels
  • Excellent IT Skills in all Microsoft Packages, comfortable in handling data in all its formats with advanced Excel skills including formulas, pivot tables, calculated fields, Power Query, Macros and VBA
  • Experience within an analytical role with management of high volume of information
  • Ability to thoroughly understand the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings

We encourage flexible working to fit your individual needs, as well as the team’s - that could be from the office, from home or a mixture of both.

We also offer excellent benefits such as 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, annual bonus if all criteria are met, great pension, a range of retailer discounts from our clients and much more.

At Evri, we know we only grow if our people do too. That’s why we’re committed to building a truly inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone can bring – and be – their whole authentic selves. We’re on a journey to better represent the customers we serve around the UK. We’re committed to removing barriers and ensure that each person at Evri is valued for who they are, and what they bring to our business.

We are Evri. Where everyone is welcome.

We’re excited for the future. Let’s deliver it together.
