Required background:

For the Performance specialist:

Experience handling attribution for Equities & Multi Asset Funds (30% of the portfolio is Private Markets)

For the Junior Performance Specialist:

M&A, Audit or Investment Advisory Big 4 background and Private Markets experience

Product Control and Private Markets/ Private Equity experience

Newly qualified ACCA/ CA with Private Equity Coverage

Performance Specialist

The role:

This team is currently hiring at two levels, a Senior Specialist with a track record in Performance & Investment Risk and a junior specialist, with numerical Financial Services experience who wants to move into Performance.

• Carry out, as directed by the Head of Performance and Risk Analytics, the performance analytics, performance reporting and investment reporting requirements for all funds & products.
• Conducting in-depth performance analysis for a broad range of products and asset classes including modelling, complex attribution analysis and risk-return analysis on Fund performance across various mandates and funds.
• Experience working with various risk metrics: SRRI, TWR, IRR etc.
• Perform high quality checking and oversight of Analyst and Associates work and ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Provide coverage in compiling, analysing and producing performance and analytical reporting via, Factset, Bloomberg and in-house systems as well as a strong excel user.
• Contribute to the identification of emerging risks, trends and developments in the support environment, and participate in the implementation of solutions.
