Job description

St Andrews attracts student athletes from across the world as we aim to provide an exceptional student experience for those who are academically and athletically gifted. Six of our performance teams currently compete in BUCS Premier Leagues (women’s hockey, mixed golf, women’s football, women’s water polo, women’s tennis, men’s rugby) in addition to succeeding at national and international competition in sports such a golf. This requires additional logistical support to ensure our staff and students can focus on training and competition.

We are seeking a Performance Sport Co-Ordinator to work closely with our driven Performance Sport team, led by the Deputy Director of Sport, and consisting of eight sport specific directors and strength and conditioning staff who support key programmes and scholars at Saints Sport. The Performance Sport Co-Ordinator will provide a crucial operational an administrative function, being a key link between the Performance Sport team and Saints Sport’s the business services team (BST), along with colleagues within Saints Sport and the wider university.

The role is extremely flexible and working hours can be discussed and agreed to suit both Saints Sport and the preferred candidate.
