Peripatetic Manager

Bright Selection is delighted to be representing an award winning care provider in the recruitment of a Peripatetic Manager.

We are seeking an experienced candidate to support the management of a large portfolio of elderly residential and nursing homes and support the delivery of high quality care.

Requirements:

• Experienced nursing home manager with proven track record of achieving Good outcomes.
• L5 Diploma or equivalent relevant qualification.
• Nurse qualification essential.
• Car driver with flexibility to travel and stay away from home during the week as required.

Responsibilities:

• You will work with your portfolio of homes to ensure best practice is implemented, embedding a person centred and quality driven culture throughout, ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements.
• In the event of Home Manager vacancies, you will be expected to fill the role until a permanent manager is appointed. In some instances this may require a willingness to register with CQC.
• The group have homes across the country and there may be times where you are asked to support other regions. As such the role may require extensive travel with the need for overnight stays.

Contract, Remuneration and benefits:

• £70,000 PA DOE + Mileage
