In this permanent, full-time position, you will be an integral part of the school's administrative team, contributing to the smooth operation of daily activities within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the school staff and leadership team.
- Assist with the maintenance of student records and databases.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
- Handle general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

- Knowledge and experience of SIMS
