With established (Tier 1) clients and a plethora of live roles. This is your chance to make a significant impact in the recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with Tier 1 Main Contractors in the BTR, Social Housing, and Commercial sectors.
- Source and match high-caliber candidates for roles such as Site Managers, Finishing Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Contracts Managers, Project Directors, Operations Managers, and more.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize offers between clients and candidates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Permanent Recruitment within the Build to Rent (BTR), Social Housing, or Commercial construction sectors.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
