- Permanent Salaried GP vacancy (6-8 sessions per week) or
- Maternity cover vacancy from Spring 24 (6 sessions per week, would consider job share)
- £11500 per session per annum
Join our team as a GP (with a view to Partnership if interested) at our rural practice based across the towns of Ellesmere and Whitchurch in North Shropshire. Our practice has a list size of 21000 patients, boasts consistently high QOF achievement and dispenses from our Ellesmere site.
At our practice we encourage and support special interests and offer flexible, family-friendly working days with a light admin workload thanks to our efficient processes. You'll be working under the BMA Salaried Model contract and receive a competitive salary, as well as the option to take part in our existing range of enhanced services or be supported to develop other interests.
We are proud to have a diverse and supportive multidisciplinary team including a minor illness team, mental health nurses, paramedic, pharmacists, occupational therapists, social prescribers and physiotherapists. As a training practice, we also offer mentorship to support newly qualified GPs.
In addition to our in-house educational programme and daily morning GP meetings over coffee, we provide leadership in our Primary Care Network and ICB and are highly innovative and forward-thinking. We can offer Tier 2 sponsorship for eligible candidates.
