Personal Assistant

KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this highly successful financial services business in Newcastle to recruit a Personal Assistant for one of their Partners. Your duties will be as follows:

• Responsible for the office management, including diary management
• Making appointments and confirming with clients
• Dealing with all communication via telephone and email
• Preparing letters, presentations and reports
• Management of office budgets
• Assisting the Partner and Marketing Manager with marketing literature
• Preparation of documentation for the Partner's meetings
• Ensuring client information is recording accurately
• Ordering stationery as required
• Dealing with third parties on a daily basis

You will have worked in a similar role previously, have strong IT skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

This role is suitable for someone who would like to develop and progress with the company.
