KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this highly successful financial services business in Newcastle to recruit a Personal Assistant for one of their Partners. Your duties will be as follows:
- Responsible for the office management, including diary management
- Making appointments and confirming with clients
- Dealing with all communication via telephone and email
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
- Management of office budgets
- Assisting the Partner and Marketing Manager with marketing literature
- Preparation of documentation for the Partner's meetings
- Ensuring client information is recording accurately
- Ordering stationery as required
- Dealing with third parties on a daily basis
You will have worked in a similar role previously, have strong IT skills and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This role is suitable for someone who would like to develop and progress with the company.
