Our CEO is looking to recruit a part-time Personal Assistant to join our expanding team based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire. This is a new role and we are looking for a professional individual who will support our founder across multiple businesses and personal responsibilities.
A friendly, positive, and focused attitude is essential in all aspects of the role. This role would suit someone who has previous experience as a PA and is looking for 20-25 hours a week in role that offer’s variety and potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Email management and replying to emails on behalf of the founder.
- Manage a wide range of confidential secretarial, administrative and clerical duties.
- Diary management.
- Arrange meetings, attend meetings, take, and distribute minutes.
- Travel arrangements for both work and personal travel.
- Manage multiple properties in the UK and abroad.
- Manage all types of insurance policies including vehicle, travel, medical etc.
- Manage expenses and credit card receipts.
- Organise paperwork, filing and keep the CEO’s office organised.
- Liaise with key stakeholders and associates of the businesses.
- Welcome guests and offer refreshments.
Ideal Person:
- 20-25 working hours between Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm with some flexibility to provide support if the founder is abroad.
- Previous experience working as a Personal Assistant.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong organisation and accuracy skills.
- Confident working knowledge of all Microsoft office applications.
- Someone who can predominantly be office based.
- Contactable references for the last 5 years.
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (pro rata)
