SalaryPA Secretary/Senior Administrator: Temporary to Permanent Opportunity 26k-28k
Our wonderful public sector client has instructed Reed to recruit, on an exclusive basis, a Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator to join the office team who support the Senior Management Team.
Alongside your work colleague you will be responsible for supporting 7 members of the senior management team.
Whilst the role will start of on a temporary basis my client is looking to appoint someone into the vacancy on a permanent basis and the incumbent temporary candidate will be expected to apply for the role as long as you are demonstrating first class PA service to the management team.
All the usual PA duties come along with this role and if you’ve had a track work record in a similar role you will be familiar with things like diary management, filtering phone calls, dealing with email in-box, booking travel & accommodation, preparing reports, presentations & documents.

I’m looking for a candidate who has worked at senior level previously and can demonstrate working as a PA/EA. It would be ideal if you have worked in the public sector although this is not necessary.
