QBE Europe are excited to be recruiting a Personal Assistant due to internal advancement to support our Head of Core Claims and Head of Performance within our Claims Division. This role will be joining a fast paced department based in Leeds or Chelmsford and will give you the opportunity to work with numerous Senior Leaders and to be involved in various projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their pa career within a regulated industry.
Your new role
Maintain diaries and contacts to ensure best use of time in line with working priorities.
Organise internal and external meetings, book venues and meeting rooms, plan for equipment and catering and ensure invitations and notes are distributed in a timely fashion.
Organise travel itineraries for members of the team, including provision of travel and accommodation, and maintaining expenses management.
Undertake general secretarial duties to include compiling minutes, correspondence, report completion, spreadsheets, presentations, meeting agendas,to ensure information is presented in the most effective and timely manner.
Support the wider Senior Leadership team with diary management, meeting bookings and overall secretarial duties when required
Travel between our UK offices will be required on an adhoc basis
About you
You will have strong diary management and communication skills with experience in working with Senior Leadership
Strong understanding of Microsoft applications, with the ability to pick up other system
Extremely organised with the ability to prioritise and reprioritise workload
Experienced in minute taking and producing meeting packs
Experience in developing strong relationships with key senior stakeholders both internally and externally
Experience of working in an Insurance/Claims environment would be desirable but not essential.
