Personal Assistant

We’re thrilled to present an exceptional opportunity for a Personal Assistant within our respected company. This role requires a proactive individual capable of delivering high-level specialist support to our Directors.

Primary Duties:

• Address urgent inquiries, utilizing your expertise and judgement to effectively handle individual queries.
• Assist in the creation, coordination, and proofreading of reports, briefings, and other materials for Directors, the Mayor, and the DMPC.
• Oversee the Director’s inbox and diaries, prioritizing tasks, responding to emails, delegating tasks, and drafting responses as needed.
• Equip Directors for meetings by supplying relevant papers and briefing notes.
• Serve as a professional secretariat to meetings, preparing agendas, capturing accurate minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
• Facilitate communication and liaison between the Directors, colleagues, and external contacts regarding meetings.
• Deliver high-level support to other Directors, the Managing Director, and other Senior Officers, prioritizing workloads to ensure efficient duty execution.
• Organize, source, and book cost-effective travel and accommodation for Directors.
• Prepare travel itineraries, reserve venues for conferences/events, and arrange catering and refreshments as required.
• Coordinate documents and ensure adherence to Corporate and Governance procedures.

This is a temporary role until 21/04/2024 with a possibility of extension. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of £15.86 and is located in LS1 2DE.
