This role has been created due to our continued growth in the wedding industry.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Personal Assistant to join our team, to assist the Managing Director in a variety of roles, with a key focus on Sales & Marketing, to help grow the expanding company and additional projects.
Roles would include:
* Assisting in sales & marketing campaigns
* Project managing
* Research projects
* Diary management
* Data entry & analysis
* General admin tasks
* Direct support to the MD
Requirements:
* Reliable
* Motivated
* Conscientious approach
* Great organisational skills
* Outgoing personality and able to create good working relationships, internally and externally.
* Calm under pressure
* Confidential
* Experience is this type of roll - preferred, but not necessary
* Confident in using a variety of software packages
* Experience in sales & marketing copywriting - preferred, but not necessary
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
