As a contracted supplier for the Northern Trust we are currently recruiting Personal Assistantswith Secretarial Duties for our Public Sector Client in Ballymoney and Coleraine. The successful applicants will be working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. The rate of pay will be £12.25 per hour and an immediate start is available. This is a temporary position lasting 6 months minimum but good chance of being extended.

Responsible for administrative and secretarial support to Mental Health and Well-being departments. This will include electronic diary management, dictation, word-processing, mail management, file maintenance and the preparation of papers, reports, presentations, briefings etc. The Personal Assistant will assist in Note Taking/Minutes during Zoom meetings

What We Need From You:

• 5 GCSEs to include English (Grade A*-C)

• Relevant clerical/secretarial experience in an office environment to include the use of the Microsoft Office
