SalaryTradewind Recruitment are working with an SEND Secondary School in Sefton to recruit a Personal Development and Life Skills Teacher. The role is due to commence in September 2024 and will be ongoing for the full academic year. This role is a full time position.
The school caters to children aged 11-19 years with a diagnosis with Autism and other associated Learning Difficulties. It is essential that you have some experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
About the role:
The position requires a Personal Development and Life Skills Teacher to work with students to develop their independence. The successful candidate will work with the children to enhance their ability to make decisions, build resilience and educate them about key issues and topics, including finances, relationships and aspirations.
