CLC are recruiting a Personal Development Coach to deliver CLC High Aspirations programme and make a significant contribution to our Apprentice’s development of skills, knowledge, resilience, behaviour and attitudes in preparation for their next steps.
You will be confident in providing pastoral support to Apprentices and delivering training to groups of students as well as working on a 1 to 1 basis, you should have excellent organisational and motivational skills which allow you to plan and deliver high quality sessions enabling the students to enjoy and achieve.
You will be confident working with Employers and Managers and confirming their commitment at every stage of the Apprentices programme. You will complete progress reviews with Apprentices and their Managers / Employers and maximise overall performance and achievement.
