OVERVIEW:
• Applications are sought from Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence Solicitors or Legal Executives with up to 3 Years PQE to join a friendly and supportive Clinical Negligence Department.
• You will be confident and capable of working both independently and as part of this expanding team.
• You will be responsible for your own busy caseload and will also assist the head of the Department in the conduct of high value Clinical Negligence and catastrophic injury claims.
• You will have excellent theoretical understanding and practical experience in conducting claims for Personal Injury and/or Clinical Negligence from initial instruction to settlement or trial.
• You will have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
