Title: Senior Personal Injury Solicitor
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000
Contract: Full time, permanent (hybrid available)
Location: Cambridge

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Personal Injury Solicitor:

  • Handle a varied and complex caseload of serious injury claims, including brain and spinal injury and amputation cases
  • Supervise and mentor junior members of the team
  • Manage existing contracts and develop new business opportunities
  • Attend conferences with clients and leading counsel, MDT and pathfinder meetings
  • Maintain frequent client/family contact and provide excellent service
  • Lead client meetings and manage complex negotiations

Desirable Skills and Requirements of the Senior Personal Injury Solicitor:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years of PQE in Personal Injury law
  • Demonstrable experience and expertise in handling claims of the utmost severity
  • Excellent communication, advocacy and negotiation skills
