SalaryI am working with my client in the Property sector, who are looking for new members of their concierge team, based out of the Colchester office.
- Location: Colchester, fully office based
- 40 hours per week, set over 5 days
- Anything between 9am-8pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-6pm on Saturdays (these days will be set later in the application process
- 11.44 per hour (commission structure in place on top of this) - Basic salary range of 21,000- 24,00 per year depending on experience
- Full training will be provided from day 1, with ongoing coaching and development to help build your career with the business

About the role:
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound contact calls
- Registering client details
- Passing on relevant information to in branch teams
- Booking property valuations
- Completing all administrative tasks for all network branches
- Working within the wider team to deliver success and high service standards
You will need to be:
- High self-motivated
- Target-driven
- Excellent telephone manor, confident speaking with customers
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- The ability to thrive in a competitive environment
- Very organised
- Excellent time management skills
- Very computer literate
