An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal/ Office Assistant in the hospitality industry to support a thriving team. The role requires exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach to manage the day-to-day running of the office.

Description

- Personal assistant responsibilities to the MD.
- Book director travel and accommodation for international events.
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and organising documents.
- Manage office supplies and inventory.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Assist with preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations.

Profile

- Proficient in computer skills, including data entry and the use of office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally some experience in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Familiarity with accounting software is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus.
