Accountancy & Tax recruitment specialists Clark Wood are currently working with a highly regarded regional firm of chartered accountants who, as a result of continued growth and success within the business, are currently looking to recruit an ambitious Tax Assistant / Tax Semi Senior to join the team.
As a Tax Assistant / Tax Semi Senior your role will involve working with a wide variety of Personal Tax clients including HNWIs, company directors and sole traders for whom you will be responsible for ensuring that all compliance work is completed accurately and efficiently through the preparation of Personal Tax computations and returns. As well as ad hoc corporate tax compliance work.
You might have experience gained either from a solely tax focused role or from a mixed accounts and tax position, and may hold or be working towards the ATT, ACCA or ACA Qualification.
Working within this established firm there will be ample scope for career development and you will have the opportunity to work towards managing your own client portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Preparation of tax computations and returns
Preparing CGT compuations for review
Identifying tax planning opportunities
