As a Personal Training Lead at our Medway FWC, you’ll hold either CIMSPA membership, Level 3 REPs or equivalent. You are an experienced personal trainer with a track record in driving and developing PT revenue. With experience of designing and managing fitness programmes for groups and individuals, you bring the ability to teach studio programmes. Ideally, you know how to help your colleagues develop and grow. You are able to demonstrate how you have worked with a wider centre team such as working with a FM to help establish plans and have produced management information and instigated action to improve performance and results.
The role is to support the Fitness Manager in the innovation, promotion, delivery and excellence in all aspects of the Fitness arm of the Fitness and Wellbeing offering.
As a Personal Training Lead you will:
Support the Fitness Manager across the fitness arm of our health and wellbeing offering
Strive for innovation and excellence in everything you do
Weekly Payroll.
Carry out managerial administration, determined by the Fitness Manager
Promote and deliver fitness programmes, re-assessments and Health MOTs
Support and champion our express classes and ‘Meet our Experts’ sessions
