Major Recruitment are looking for an experienced P ersonnel Coordinator for our Aberdeen based client, this is a full time, permanent position.
nDuties & Responsibilities:
n- n
- Support operations service, personnel, material logistics support to our project teams & customers in Denmark n
- Organizing orientations, training, coordination if visa applications with our Denmark partner n
- Organising/upkeep of travel rota, communicate flights with client logistics for offshore booking n
- Assist in recruitment and selection of contractors n
- Liase with staff and customers to ensure the seamless service delivery n
- To liaise with the customer base of the Company and effectively communicate with them on a regular basis, answering any queries that arise in a timeous manner n
- Build relationships with all key customers on the phone and where necessary in person n
- To actively participate in ongoing up-keep of ISO 9001 quality management system n
- To interface with outside vendors for equipment and consumables required for project delivery n
Assist project managers and engineers to:
n- n
- Highlight risks and work as a team to provide a solution to any service delivery or QHSE issues n
- Assist with the identification of customer's requirements, new enquiries, quotes and commercial management of projects n
- Assist with the development of the maintenance procedures for the base, equipment and service lines n
- Facilitate new job creation, cost tracker, raise MR's, PO's and contracts for contractors n
- Administration as required processing timesheets and contractor liaison n
- Document control & assist with bids and quotes n
- Liaising with the Operations Manager on a day by day basis to ensure quality and service delivery is being maintained n
- Providing time estimates for work that will feed into budgets n
- Responsible for ensuring the mandatory compliance functions at base are upkept such as fire log books, any inspections, reception, maintenance, QHSE walk throughs n
- Travel to client/customer sites with potential for overnight stay n
- On call Duties n
- Set up contractors, recruit where required n
- Ensure competence profiles & job folders are up to date n
- Logistics inc interface with customer arranging UK and international travel, transport etc n
- Organising pre and post job meetings n
- Ordering and management of PPE n
- Resourcing and coordinating jobs n
- Assisting the project manager for cost tracking n
- Ensure all service-related quality control procedures and processes are followed n
Skills & Experience
n- n
- Lead and coordinate within a hands-on approach and flexible work pattern to suit project n
- Has potential and ability to understand technical scopes and experience running shutdown and maintenance scopes for oil and gas industry is advantageous n
- Extensive background working in oil and gas energy service company n
- A higher national qualification in Administration or relevant 6+ years experience in a logistics and or operations support environment n
- Basic knowledge/experience in oil and gas field services n
- Basic knowledge or experience with coordinating oil and gas field services & campaign works is an advantage but not essential n
- Excellent knowledge in Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) n
- Valid drivers' license n
- Valid passport to travel through EU counties n
