You will ensure that operations are performed in accordance with the requirements of company standards, industry standards, and GMP / GDP guidelines.

Ideal Requirements for Automation Project Manager
- You will be a seasoned Project Manager, with experience of managing Automation projects end to end within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience of setting up SMART factories.
- Experience of working with automated systems and digitised manufacturing.
- Proven use of connected devices and machinery and production systems.
- Evidence of using collected data to form decisions and improve process and address issues.
Role Responsibilities for the Automation Project Manager
- Lead the definition, planning and execution of projects within the strategic SMART Factory programme for the production facility.
- Responsible for the end-to-end project lifecycle for the implementation of operational technology (OT), automation systems and innovative proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives.
- Responsible for secure and compliant control systems aligned to industry standards and pharmaceutical GAMP guidance.
