Joining our Technical Operations team as a Pharmaceutical Project Manager you will use your negotiation and excellent time management skills to manage and co-ordinate all technical, financial and service aspects of our major projects. This will range from initial discussions with clients, development of the project specifications, documentation aspects of setting up the project and management of all projects related activities through to project/study completion.

Whilst no day at Piramal is the same, some of your key responsibilities will include:

· Taking ownership and responsibility for the planning and management of technical transfers, development of early or late phase products, supply of clinical product and other customer-facing activities.

· Building good client relationships, to ensure an open and trusting partnership for the life cycle of the project.

· Ensuring that project timelines are kept on track and batch manufacture delivered on-time in full

· Be the main point of contact for the clients and facilitate all communications and document the project as required. Ensure meeting minutes, actions logs, risk logs and project plans are maintained and updated as appropriate.

· Hosting client visits to site as communicated through Business Development or as part of the client project review process. Ensuring that everyone involved with these activities are fully briefed regarding the nature of the business enquiry, the customer and their business interests with us.

· Working alongside the technical services team to participate in the regular review and updating of the sections SOP’s ensuring colleagues are trained or made aware of any changes and communicating with others who may be impacted by the change.

· Coordinate with the wider on-site teams including development, manufacturing, packaging, QA and supply chain to ensure delivery of clinical trial requirements on time and in full.

· Working with the clients to finalise manufacturing/product, packaging, and distribution specifications as required.

· Wherever appropriate, being accountable for managing the integration of all services to ensure optimum supply chain service in accordance with timelines.

· Ensuring all invoices relating to project delivery are executed on time in line with financial forecasting. Tracking project/scope creep in conjunction with the proposals group to ensure scope change is captured as appropriate. Liaising closely with our finance team to ensure forecasts are generated and revenues are tracked.

To be successful in this role, you will be able to showcase your ability to form strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and to drive projects forward. You will have experience in fast paced environments with the ability to work autonomously and proactively. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and appropriate project planning tools to communicate milestones and critical path activities and responsibilities.
