* Job Title: Hospital Pharmacist
* Banding: Band 6/7/8a
* Location: Manchester
* Duration: 6 Months
* Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9AM - 5:15PM
* Start Date: July
* Rate of pay: �22 - �37 per hour.
* WARDS BASED EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL (Candidates who have completed their pre reg in the hospital sector will be considered)

Requirements and qualifications required for this role:
* Participate in ward rounds to administer patient drug histories and liaise with patient families, community pharmacists and GPs.
* Providing clinical expertise and being an educational resource for colleagues in relation to medicines e.g. doses, side-effects, alternatives etc whilst helping to address the public health and social needs of individual patients.
* Manage the process of medicines reconciliation on admittance or following discharge from hospital and liaise with patients and community pharmacists to ensure patients have the medicines that they need.
* Inpatient dispensary cover required/clinical screening.
