Pharmacist Manager

Overview of the role

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Renfrew.

This community pharmacy is only a short drive from Glasgow and is located on a busy high street. 

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

• It dispenses around 1,800 items per week.
• It provides all national services.

This pharmacy is open 9am to 5:30pm - Monday-Wednesday, 6am to 5:45pm - Thursday and Friday, and 9am to 5pm - Saturday. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of four pharmacy colleagues.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate must possess an MPharm degree or equivalent and management experience is required for this opportunity.

You'll be focused on leading your team to deliver the best community pharmacy experience for your patients and customers.

You'll be required to have your GPhC registration upon your start date.

Package Description

On top of your salary:

• We support all of our Pharmacists through the Independent Prescribing (IP) Qualification,
• You can receive up to 15% of your annual salary, in bonuses, based on performance and delivery,

You’ll be supported in your role by an Area Operations Manager and a Regional Operations Manager, with regular structured pharmacy visits.
