Job Description
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the pharmacy
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services to customers
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve performance targets
- Maintain strict compliance with relevant regulations
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
- Collaborate with other team leaders and stakeholders
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Promote and uphold the company's values and standards
The Successful Applicant
A successful Team Leader should have:
- A degree in Pharmacy
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations
- Proficiency in managing a team and meeting targets
- The ability to handle high-pressure situations
