Job Description
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department
- Ensure all legal, safety, and company policies are adhered to
- Provide excellent customer service and patient care
- Lead, mentor, and motivate pharmacy team members
- Efficiently handle customer complaints and queries
- Manage stock control and merchandising within the pharmacy
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Collaborate with store management to drive sales and meet targets
The Successful Applicant
A successful Pharmacy Team Leader should have:
- A degree in Pharmacy or a related field
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in retail pharmacy software
- A customer-centric approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
