Pharmacist

A local Derbyshire pharmacy group is now looking for a Pharmacist to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis.
With primary care services and amenities close by, the pharmacy is in the ideal location to provide a comprehensive range of NHS and private services, offering seasonal vaccination, emergency medication, lifestyle support, advisory services and more in addition to prescription dispensing.
As a Pharmacist, you’ll be joining a skilled and experienced team in providing enhanced community pharmacy care; with an established Pharmacy Manager leading store operations and a new, streamlined PMR system in place, you will have a stronger focus on clinical services and patient interaction in your role. As well as prescriptions, you will regularly support patients with their flu jabs, emergency contraception, minor ailments, to manage their weight, and other common health concerns.
The pharmacy currently opens 9am-6pm Mon-Fri, 9am-1pm Sat and is near to both parking and public transport links. The team has long-term goals to expand and develop the services available so there will be ongoing opportunities to learn and progress in this area, including further training and support to gain your IP if desired.
Person specification:
(Essential) GPhC-accredited MPharm degree or equivalent(Essential) Registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacist
