We are looking for an Accuracy Checking Technician to join our dispatch pharmacy team in Harlow (CM19):
- Salary: Up to GBP37,065pa
- Contract length: Permanent
- 37.5 hours per week
- Shift Pattern: 08.30-16.30 week 1, 10-18.00 week 2&3, 12.00-20.00 week 4.

As an
Accuracy Checking Technician, you will quickly become an integral part of the team providing
accurate checking of
dispensed prescriptions ready for
dispatch to patient. Working with at team of up to 20, you will support the delievery of all precriptions to customers in the required timescales.The great news is . This is a
non-patient facing role so a great environment for those who
enjoy hitting & achieving targets with no distractions this is the place for you!As an
Accuracy Checking Technician, you will complete
Accuracy Checking Technician checks to ensure company KPI's are achieved, and patients' medication is checked and dispatched against tight time scales.You will need to have your
NVQ 3 Pharmacy Services alonside you ACT quailfication for this role , you need to enjoy
hitting targets whilst still maintaining attention to detail and be happy with
a non-patient facing environment.
Accuracy Checking Technician Skills and Experience:- Must have gained an Accuracy Checking Technician qualification and be registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a pharmacy environment (hospital, retail or private)
- Comfortable working with IT systems and experience working with Pharmacy software or systems
- Fantastic attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting, analysis and issue -resolution
- Commitment to maintaining Professional and ethical standards
- Familiar with technology-based service delivery is desirable
