We’re currently recruiting for a Pharmacy Administrator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to support the delivery of high quality, cost effective; pharmaceutical services across Hammersmith & Fulham.

As a Pharmacy Administrator we offer a starting salary of £21,313 + £3,633 ILW rising each year in line with our pay progression salary bands, rising to £24,506 per year + £3,633 ILW. (Dependent on experience you may be offered a starting salary above the initial starting salary).

Role Responsibility

Main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate provision of administrative support
  • Produce monthly prescribing key performance indication reports using prescribing data from internal and external data sources
  • Produce service level prescribing reports
  • Produce monthly drug usage reports for the finance department
  • Support the Medicines Safety Officer with reports
  • Support the Pharmacy Support Service teams with production of reports and written materials
  • Record and produce minutes of meetings as required

The Ideal Candidate

Essential requirements:

  • Ability to work as part of a team          
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Ability to manage own work load
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Ability to use Microsoft office and applications to an intermediate standard
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
