SalaryPharmacy Assistant - Somerset - NVQ Level2 in pharmacy services necessary!
Hunter Gatherer AHP have an opening for a Pharmacy Assistant to join a hospital in Somerset county. This is a great chance to gain NHS experience & working hours are 9am-5:15pm w/ a 45-minute break - 7.5 working hours per day & 37.5 working hours per week. Main duties of the position are outlined below:
- accurately prepare & dispense a wide range of aseptically prepared medicines to wards & the cancer day unit
- accurately dispense oral cytotoxic medicines and supportive treatments for cancer patients using JAC computer system
PLEASE NOTE: You MUST hold an NVQ Level 2 qualification in pharmacy services to be eligible for this position. You MUST also be available 5 days per week to be eligible for this position. Non-hospital experienced ATO's with relevant dispensing qualifications are encouraged to apply!
