SalaryA well-established pharmacy group in the Thetford area has a new Pharmacy Counter Assistant opportunity available in a thriving local branch.
The pharmacy is readily accessible – being close to local amenities and public transport links – with a lively, active atmosphere, seeing patients for new and repeat prescriptions, emergency contraception, blood pressure checks, private consultations, and other healthcare services.
As a Pharmacy Counter Assistant, you will play a key role in making the pharmacy a bright and welcoming place, including supporting the sale of OTC medicines and products, helping with general enquiries, and getting involved in all the processes (including managing stock and handling prescription requests) that keep the pharmacy running smoothly.
We’re looking for a permanent team member and can be flexible with full-time or part-time.
We are ideally looking for someone who can work Saturdays, and previous experience as a Pharmacy Counter Assistant will be a major advantage when applying.
Person specification:
- (Essential) A positive attitude, an interest in pharmacy, and good communication skills.
- (Desirable) Previous experience as a Pharmacy Counter Assistant.
- (Desirable) Ability to cover Saturdays.
