Job Title: PharmacyManager
Location: Banbury (OX16 5UN)
Hours:47.5 hours per week - alternate Saturdays (will consider candidateslooking for part time hours)
Salary: Up to £60,000 FTE -negotiable depending on experience

The Role
OurPharmacy Managers go beyond just great management skills. We'reafter people who can bring real commerciality and leadership totheir pharmacy, inspiring every person who works there to exceedtargets and deliver exceptional service. As a Superdrug PharmacyManager, you will have day to day responsibility for your team,stock, operational and GPhC (PSNI) standards. You will receivedirect line management support from your Regional HealthcareManager.
Our Pharmacy Managers are extremelyimportant to us; we recognise that you could be our RegionalHealthcare Managers of tomorrow.
AboutYou
Must be a GPhC qualified pharmacist
Preferably with experience of working in a communitypharmacy
Strong leadershipqualities
Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and how tomaximise profit through the achievement of targets
